Transdev Services, Inc., doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus), is soliciting firm fixed-price quotes from qualified and responsible firms for the procurement of ten (10) Desktops and ten (10) Monitors. Deliveries shall be made no later than three (3) months from the date of award.

 A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible offeror and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term. There is no DBE goal associated with procurement.

Invitation for Bids (IFB)

IFB due Date and Time: 12/15/2026 at 10:00 A.M. ET

Transdev Services, Inc. doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus) is soliciting firm-fixed price bids from responsible firms for its purchase of up to 175 each Heavy Duty, Low Floor, 40 Foot CNG vehicles, over a 5-year period, for use in its public transportation system in Nassau County, NY. All vehicles shall be delivered per the specifications in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. V-2614. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder(s) and pricing shall be consistent with the contract terms.

Sealed bids must be received before the IFB due date and time by NICE Bus at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:05 A.M. ET on the same date and at same location.
