Transdev Services, Inc. doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus) is soliciting firm-fixed price bids from responsible firms for On-Site, Ford E-450 Cutaway Bus Inspection Services at Coach Bus and Equipment Sales, 130 Horizon Park Drive, Penn Yan, NY 14527 with Post Award Financial Audits. The bus order shall be for eight (8) Ford E-450 Cutaway Buses manufactured in 2025, and with two options for eight (8)each up to a total of sixteen (16) buses, that may be exercised in 2026-2028. Contract term shall be for up to five (5) years from date of award. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term.

Funding support for this procurement is provided through a financial grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). In accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, participation of Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) in all aspects of this federally funded contract will be encouraged and supported.

Offerors are encouraged to utilize the services of minority and DBE-owned banks, and other financial institutions, when such institutions are available. Information about such institutions owned and controlled by economically and socially disadvantaged individuals can be requested from the Director of Special Projects, Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs, at One West Street, Suite 136, Mineola, NY 11501 offices.

Transdev Services, Inc., operating as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus), is inviting firmfixed price quotations from qualified firms for the procurement of One (1) On-Road Service Truck. The vehicle must be delivered within Nine (9) months from the date specified in the contract.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, with prices remaining firm throughout the contract term. Although there is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Goal for this procurement, all minority-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.

Price quotations must be received by NICE Bus no later than 11:59 P.M. EST on June 23rd 2025, at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530.
