: April 6th, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. EST
Transdev Services, Inc. doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus) is soliciting firm-fixed price bids from responsible firms for its purchase of seven (7) units of Full Size Sedans. All vehicles shall be delivered within three (3) months from date specified in the contract. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term. There is no DBE Participation Goal for this procurement. Nonetheless, all Small, Minority, Women owned, and DBE businesses are encouraged to participate.
Sealed bids must be received on or before 04/6//2017 at 2:00 P.M. EST by NICE Bus at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530. Bids will be publicly opened at 02:05 P.M. EST on same date and at same location.

Funding support for this project is provided through a financial grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). In accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, participation Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) in all aspects of this federally funded contract will be encouraged and supported.
All submittals will become property of NICE Bus. All vendors, firms, offerors, and interested parties are cautioned to clearly label as ‘proprietary and confidential’ on any specific information, literature or other material that is considered to be proprietary and/or confidential.
Offerors are encouraged to utilize the services of minority and DBE-owned banks, and other financial institutions, when such institutions are available. Information about such institutions owned and controlled by economically and socially disadvantaged individuals can be requested from the Project Director, Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs, at One West Street, First Floor, Mineola, NY 11501 offices.
