Veolia Transportation Services, Inc. is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide firm, fixed pricing for a quantity of ten (10) laptops. Contract term shall be for one (1) month from date of contract award. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder and prices shall remain firm throughout contract term. DBE Participation Goal for this procurement is 0%.

All questions must be submitted to Procurement Department’s point-of-contact by 12-noon EST on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Responses (answers) will be provided to all vendors receiving RFQ packets. Quotations must be received on or before Thursday, June 20, 2013, 01:00PM EST by via email, hard copy or fax.

Funding support for this project is provided through a financial grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). In accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, participation of Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) in all aspects of this federally funded contract will be encouraged and supported.
