Nassau County's growing student population relies on NICE to get to their classes, to and from work, and to exciting local spots throughout Long Island. These students are showing that you don't need a car to move efficiently and inexpensively around the city.
Our n16, n24, n35, n43, n45 and n51 routes make stops at Nassau Community College and offermultiple transfer options for continued travel at the Roosevelt Field Mall. Our n16, n35 and n43 routes serving NCC also offeradditional transfer options to eighteen routes at our Hempstead TransitCenter. When traveling to or from the NCC campus andthe Hempstead Transit Center, don't forget to hop on to the n16Xpress bus…which travels non stop between the two locations.

K-12 Service
NICE serves a vast amount of local high schools, both public and private, as well as middle and elementary schools. Numerous students across the county rely on us to get to school every day on time. We take that responsibility seriously.
Students with a Reduced Fare ID MetroCard pay a discounted fare. Transfers to connecting routes are free upon request after paying the fare. Children 44" tall and under ride free with fare-paying adult; limit three children per adult.
