Under direction of the Senior Director of Procurement, the Contract Administrator will select vendors and contractors via competitive solicitations for the purpose of awarding and managing public and private sector contracts for a wide variety of goods, equipment, services and commodities required for use by multiple facilities of a transportation organization.
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will coordinate coach/fleet vehicle repairs and maintenance and supervise/manage maintenance employees. This includes but not limited to assignment of work, evaluation of vehicle repairs, review of the maintenance software system, and review of all labor and parts utilization. It will be the responsibility of the Assistant Maintenance Manager to implement all policies and procedures as determined by Transdev, State and Federal agencies to maintain all regulatory compliance including state and federal DOT.
Our Utility Workers perform basic vehicle servicing duties, helping keep the NICE fleet in motion! They must also be able to perform detail cleaning and fueling of equipment and are responsible for replacing vaults daily. This position requires the ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends.
The Part-TIme Cleaner will assist and maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and orderly fashion. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
