Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will coordinate coach/fleet vehicle repairs and maintenance and supervise/manage maintenance employees. This includes but not limited to assignment of work, evaluation of vehicle repairs, review of the maintenance software system, and review of all labor and parts utilization. It will be the responsibility of the Assistant Maintenance Manager to implement all policies and procedures as determined by Transdev, State and Federal agencies to maintain all regulatory compliance including state and federal DOT.

Parts Clerk

The Parts Clerks works in storage facilities, warehouses and stockrooms indoors and outside within Transdev’s Operations. The Parts Clerk ensures accurate parts distribution and recording of all inventory items in the RTA system. Parts Clerks ensure sufficient stock both using the RTA and Min/Max systems. The position of a parts clerk can be physically demanding and may require workers to lift over a specific amount of weight to perform the duties of the job.


Grants Manager

This position is responsible for managing the Federal, State and Local grant programs, including: 1) determining and integrating funding requirements of the various programs and projects into a grant program and schedule; 2) preparing and submitting grant applications; 3) ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local statutes, regulations, and terms and condition of program grant awards; 4) accurately processing and accounting for all grant activity in the general ledger in compliance with government accounting standards; 5) ensuring maintenance of grant revenue internal controls; 6) providing accurate, timely & transparent reporting and maintenance of documentation that meets (Federal, state, grantor, Board and external auditor) requirements; and 7)grant analysis and process improvement projects which reduce long-term costs. This position exercises considerable independent judgment, partners with other employees and contractors.
